Power Supply Connector

The connector is to be used with the DLI series of power supplies. Please

see below for a reference of those recommended power sources.

The Vehicle Cradle can be powered by an external DC power source of

18VDC~22VDC. An optional internal 12VDC~48VDC regulated power

supply is available.

Verify that the power source is always within the specification range and

observe correct input voltage polarity. An improper input voltage range

above 22VDC (standard) or above 48VDC (optional) or reverse polarity

could damage the power conversion circuitry.

Impatica viaDash console -CIG Cigarette Lighter Adapter for charging the

unit in a vehicle

USB Communication Port

The Vehicle Cradle was designed with IP67 locking USB connectors.

Locking USB cables are available for the Symbol LS3408 & DLI-QWERTY-

1 Keyboard. Standard USB cables can be connected to the vehicle cradle.

RS232 Communication Port

Use a standard serial cable to connect the unit to a host device via RS232;
